I have been specialising in treating panic and anxiety for the last 20 years. This is because when I trained in a number of additional techniques, I realized that I had stumbled across a formula that seems to be incredibly successful when dealing with panic attacks or anxiety. I believe that my success rate is now about 80%. I use a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) and a number of other techniques which deal with energy in the body.
Traditional techniques such as counselling or cognitive behavioural therapy try to deal with the panic or anxiety by teaching you breathing techniques or strategies that you are supposed to use when you are actually having a panic or anxiety attack. However, the way that I work is that I trace the panic or anxiety back to the root causes and resolve the underlying issues. Therefore my clients report that the panic or anxiety just doesn’t come up like it had previously done.
